I was super pleased with the customer support and the variety of diamonds! The diamond I chose made me really happy, and I sure wish I had discovered AOJ sooner while looking for my engagement ring. It would’ve saved me a whole lot of hassle trying to find a decent diamond on my own. Adi was really professional and didn’t pressure me at all during the whole thing. He helped me quickly narrow down my options and even sent me real-life videos of the stone for my approval before it was shipped. Overall, a perfect transaction!

Then there's Adi's genuine kindness and honesty—he actually talked me out of going for a pricier but less worthwhile stone. Lastly, his creativity and resourcefulness were on full display—without any pressure to buy, he crafted a beautiful replica of a ring we spotted nearby, and it was almost half the cost! Not trying to be dramatic, but this is a real find!
